Edita Vilkeviciute by Gilles Bensimon for Vogue Australia

Edita Vilkeviciute shot on Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay and captured by iconic photographer Gilles Bensimon. The energy created between Edita and Gilles takes us on a journey styled by Jillian Davison with a fusion of bold embellished metallics and strong elements of sand, wind and water.

“ Working with Gilles Bensimon on the beach was something that was missing from my repertoire and a photographer I’ve always been inspired by.“

I wanted the hair for this story to have a ship wreaked iconic beauty, a journey from wet to dry hair texture of sand and sea. After creating curl and movement using a ghd mini styler I applied Goe oil to the ends and then  continued working it through mid lengths to roots leaving a wet texture that still has the movement in tact.

Goe Oil was the key product to bring this sensual take on a modern texture to life. Goe oils nourishing control takes hair to a new place of sophistication and finish. Its versatility allows you to not only use it on hair but it is amazing for your skin too. Its 100% natural and replaces the essential oils that the summer and winter weather takes away.
